About The Role
As a fast growing startup, Vested is seeking an ambitious, high-energy individual to focus on new business. The market is wide open for our services and you’d be fielding a combination of inbound and outbound conversations with some of the most exciting companies in the country.
What You’ll Do
- Work with leadership to help continuously evolve product and go-to-market strategies
- Learn the talent acquisition industry to understand our value propositions
- Prospect, discover, and manage full-life sales cycles for new customers
- Schedule and conduct sales calls and demos to position our offerings
- Develop and manage a deal pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Opportunity to build and develop our sales processes from the ground up
- Opportunity to move into leadership as Vested grows and ads to the team
About You
- 3+ years of quota carrying sales experience
- Background in business to business relationships
- Experience in software, recruiting, or IT sales preferred
- Positive attitude, growth mindset, passion for learning
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to conduct proper discovery work
- Detail oriented, organized and able to manage a pipeline
