About The Role
Vested is seeking a Project Manager to lead end-to-end client engagements. The Project Manager will be client facing and leading a team of recruiters.. Our project managers are expert motivators. They communicate goals to the internal team and rally employees to deliver high-quality results for clients. They are organized and take pride in making sure there are no loose ends. Most importantly, this is a leadership role. Project managers are vocal about delivering high-quality work for clients.
What You’ll Do
- Manage Client Engagements
- You will be responsible for setting up engagements, ensuring the right documentation is in place and ensuring our technology is set up properly to deliver results to our clients
- Develop, review, and maintain processes and procedures, and continuously solve for protocol and system improvements
- Communication
- Be the main point of contact at Vested for our clients. You will be responsible for emailing (or calling) clients to receive feedback on services our and earn our clients’ trust
- You’ll also be responsible for coordinating internal team members to ensure client engagements are delivered in a timely manner
- Internal Leadership
- As the external-facing contact for our clients, you will be our operations lead. You’ll inherit a team that you will have to set daily check-ins to monitor performance & where to push
- Data Analysis
- You will be continuously monitoring results of our projects and track and make suggested improvements based on data
About You
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing face-paced projects
- Experience in a technology environment
- Experience managing multiple teams to deliver projects and programs to clients
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with work-flow management tools (like Trello, JIRA)
- Proficient with Google Sheets and the rest of the G-Suite
- Ability to adjust and set priorities to meet deadlines
